Dear Friends:

Earlier this year, I alerted you to the publication of my book, Leading: The Way — Behaviors That Drive Success. I am so appreciative of the broad support I have received for this significant endeavor. Sales have been terrific — largely due to word-of-mouth from wonderful contacts, colleagues, and clients like you, who understand that the key to being a great leader isn’t luck or circumstance or education or drive. The key to being a great leader is behavior, and behavior is something that every one of us can control and change.

The key to being a great leader is behavior, and behavior is something that every one of us can control and change.

The key to being a great leader is behavior, and behavior is something that every one of us can control and change. My approach to leadership has garnered a great deal of positive attention and traction, and – as a result – I have been asked to speak at a number of companies and venues about Leading: The Way. (You can get a taste of what has companies and their leaders enticed in this recent interview on iUniverse Radio.)

I am thrilled to have the opportunity to work directly with many groups of executives and their leadership teams to help drive effective behaviors that make a remarkable difference in corporate culture. I am working on establishing my Fall and early 2017 speaking calendar, so if you have an upcoming off-site meeting, team training, leadership workshop, or conference, let’s talk! I’d like to give my contacts and supporters the first opportunity to get on my calendar.

I am grateful for the ongoing support of my friends, partners, and colleagues. Together, we are Leading: The Way to positive leadership through behavior modification!

Gratefully,

Paulette Ashlin
